Voglio subito precisare che sarò di parte perché amo le bicilindriche e pure il colore rosso…però sempre un pò in ritardo nel test ride…. giusto perché speravo arrivasse una telefonata direttamente dall’alto di Ducati magari per…ma nulla! Quindi ho ben pensato di organizzare una visita alla Ducati Vicenza, e grazie anche alla cortesia di Massimiliano e di Davide ho
potuto usufruire a mio piacimento della demo bike Ducati Monster 1200. L’abbigliamento scelto rimane sempre abbastanza urban ma con il mio stile, comunque indispensabile la giacca tecnica con protezioni di Dainese , casco nero Arai e guanti della Spidi , poi mi sono concessa i jeans non proprio per andare in moto ma erano leopardati!!!!!
…una aggiustatina tanto per avere un aspetto decente e via per la prova del mostro! L’itinerario scelto è stato un mix tra la città Vicenza per provare a destreggiarsi tra il traffico, e i poco lontani tornantini dei Colli Berici dove mi sono permessa
di scatenare un po’ dei cavalli che avevo a disposizione.
Parlando della Monster 1200, l’ho trovata completamente nuova e facilissima da gestire, grazie al riding mode nelle tre modalità che si hanno a disposizione si può scegliere ciò che più ci piace o ci si sente, a seconda di umore, delle strade che si percorrono, ma soprattutto a seconda delle capacità nel gestire i suoi 135cv. La nuova Monster è cambiata davvero molto e non possiamo neppure paragonarla alla versione precedente, che era comunque una gran moto. Ora Ducati ha voluto probabilmente stupire nel presentare una moto con un grande carattere e che sposa la filosofia vincente del telaio a traliccio portante, una componentistica di massimo pregio, e delle finiture e rifiniture al top. La ricerca e lo sviluppo di questa nuova moto, e ora la sua presentazione hanno sicuramente sconvolto i sonni e i sogni di molti uomini…ma probabilmente anche di donne che come me si vogliono divertire con una moto che ti permette di andare ovunque e allo stesso tempo se a Lei richiesto ti spara in una tempesta di emozioni adrenaliniche…ma fate sempre molta attenzione il Monster è potente!

I want to tell you straightaway that I might be biased since I love the twin cylinder and the red colour… but I’m always a little late in the test ride… just because I expected a phone call directly from Ducati maybe… but nothing! So I thought about organising a visit to the Ducati Vicenza, and thanks to the courtesy of Massimiliano and Davide, I could enjoy at my leisure the demo bike Ducati Monster 1200s. The outfit choice remains relatively urban but with my own style. However, I wear the essential technical jacket with protectors by Dainese, Arai helmet and black gloves by Spidi. Then, I treated myself wearing jeans, which are not suitable for riding bikes…but they are leopard print! ….. I adjust myself quickly just to get a decent look and go for the Monster’s test! The route started from Vicenza city trying to juggle a bit among the traffic continuing through the hairpins of the Berici hills, where I allowed myself to unleash a bit the its horsepower. The Monster 1200 is completely new and very easy to handle, thanks to the 3 riding modes offered it allows a choice to be made, depending on your feelings and roads condition, but mostly depending on the ability to cope with its 135 hp. The new Monster has really changed a lot and I cannot even compare it to the previous version, which was still a great bike. Ducati probably wanted to impress even more presenting a bike of great character that marries the winning philosophy of the chassis bearing structure with components of maximum rate and uppermost finishing. The research and development of this new bike, and now its production must be definitely disturbing the dreams of several men … but probably also women like me, who want to have fun with a bike that allows you to go anywhere and, at the same time, if you ask, it shoots you in a storm of thrilling emotions… However, be careful! The Monster remains very powerful! Thank you guys! It has been a great test! See you soon! Babila
